This is going to be a little tougher, but would appreciate any help you can give me in filling this out for all clubs. This sheet can contain as many people as we want in the game, and they dont have to be attached to current clubs (can add people as unemployed and they will be hirable in game). Please hold off on adding anyone who has been a head coach recently here (or especially anyone who might get hired in game as a coach again). Need to figure out some more detail on getting them into the game as a "coach" rather than a "staff" - they're an extended object with career info etc, but mostly the same.

The game considers a minimum viable set of staff for a club to be:
Forward Coach
Defense Coach
Midfield Coach
Head Recruiter
3x Scouts
1x Club Doctor
1x Physio
2x Trainer
I havent researched current AFL staff levels in years, but changing this is significant (AI, and logic rules enforcing the plyer keeps those all filled during the game), so even if not 100% accurate with today's AFL lets consider this the benchmark minimum for now. Adding all of the development, ruck, fitness + specialist + more scouts + extra medical to bring them up to real world staff levels is good.
Where we cant find people listed, adding random staff is ok.

I'd like to see the ability to re-assign existing contracted coaches to new roles (e.g. upgrading the specialist to Midfield coach after your Midfield coach gets poached for a Head coaching role)

Most Club websites have these. I did a whole upgrade of the 2011 game staff list in the 2018 update I put out earlier this year. That could give you a base to go off. Most clubs have assistants to assistants now as well called Development coaches.

FYI - I have done the staffing spreadsheet for Adelaide, Brisbane, Carlton, Collingwood, Essendon, Fremantle and Geelong. I have a busy week coming up, so I might not complete all the clubs until the end of next weekend. Let me know if you want me to send through what I have done. Otherwise I will keep working on it more next weekend (with the aim of finishing it by next Sunday).

Sorry for the delay - A lot of things came up over the last few weeks and have been flat out.

As soon as the grand final is passed i'm planning to start importing some of this into the game, and run my stats collectors to get stuff updated to the end of 2018

Update: Sorry Ad, I'm 12 clubs down (this one is actually an arduous task - some club staffing details is much harder to locate than others).
I will have the final 6 clubs done by COB this Sunday! (promise!)

I have finished the list.
It probably will need to be reviewed, as there are staff changes still happening. But I'd back the majority of it to be correct.
