The most common first name is about 10x the 100th most common, and about 1000x a unique name.

50 lots of Matt/Matthew/Mathew/etc is not that unrealistic at all.

I'd like to see the ability to re-assign existing contracted coaches to new roles (e.g. upgrading the specialist to Midfield coach after your Midfield coach gets poached for a Head coaching role)

From a game perspective - is there any benefit to who is Captain/Vice-Captain?

Does a great leader generate better outcomes on-field than a poor one for his team?  Better skills development?  Better discipline (on and off-field)?
Does the Captain's own individual performance change (improve or decline due to pressure of the role?)
